In our restaurant we serve meals for pre-booked events such as conferences, parties, weddings, memorials, etc.
As a hotel guest, you can also order something simpler to eat and drink from our bar menu.

We like to describe Blå Blom’s cuisine as innovative, based on classic principles and prepared with love and passion.
Our head chef and his team prepare everything from well-prepared and varied conference meals to elegant gourmet dinners, principally using both our own and local ingredients. We have a shared kitchen with our sister establishment Skeviks Gård, which is a 10-minute drive away.

They run their own farm which provides the kitchen with a variety of great and, as we call it, “home-grown” ingredients.

In their large vegetable garden of about 700 sqm they grow their own vegetables, root vegetables, herbs, berries and fruits.
