Hotel Blå Blom’s kitchen creates classic festive meals with Nordic flavors and innovative touches. Our head chef and his team create their menus with inspiration from local and locally produced ingredients. Among other things, much of our meat comes from our sister establishment Skeviks Gård, where we also get vegetables from their own garden.
