The Hotel

Welcome to Hotel Blå Blom, located in the middle of the charming Gustavsberg harbor, in two of the porcelain factory’s most historic buildings “The Old Workshop” from 1852 and “The Old Slip House” from 1859. Between the two twin buildings, you will find our courtyard and the buildings are also linked by a passageway.

The hotel offers 68 beds in 38 hotel rooms, 18 of which were newly renovated in 2018/2019. All our rooms are different and individually decorated with the feel of Gustavsberg’s historical heyday such as the turn of the century, industrial and the 1950s when many of our famous porcelain makers made their names.

Breakfast is served every morning in our cozy restaurant on the ground floor of the building. We also accept bookings for lunch, dinner, parties or christenings and memorials with a maximum capacity of 60 people.

We also have a new conference floor that was completed in 2017 and consists of our large, bright and airy conference room Stig overlooking the Farsta bay with room for up to 60 people. There are also Tyra & Lisa, which together accommodate 24 people and if we pull the sliding wall, there will instead be 2 group rooms of 12 people. Our Wilhelm group room can accommodate 12 people in boardroom seating.

You can also enjoy a nice sauna in our sauna & relax or a relaxing game of billiards in our cozy “Living room” on the first floor.
The factory area in Gustavsberg harbor has today become a gathering place for artists and craftsmen who find inspiration in the proud tradition of the place. The harbor area also has exciting shops selling antiques, gifts, fashion and outlet stores selling household items and ceramics.
